A Message From Our Founder's Heart
Freedom 2 Hope, Inc. (F2H) is a nonprofit organization committed to making a positive impact in the lives of caregivers who, in the shadows, selflessly and lovingly care for others. F2H was birthed out of my own experiences as a caregiving parent to special needs children and out of a desire to find "my people" and build community with them.
Through our various programs and initiatives, our goal is to be a Harbor 4 Hope & Healing
Freedom 2 Hope, Inc. is the place where caregivers can R.E.S.T.
R - Restore (feel restored in a safe space with a supportive community and leave recharged)
E - Empower (be empowered to advocate for your loved one and yourself)
S - Self-Care (practice various self-care techniques to bring balance and calm)
T - Thrive (enabled with the freedom & strength to live out your wildest hopes and dreams)
