yoga & meditation classes: taraji

Taraji means hope.

Taraji is a Swahili word meaning hope, expectation or anticipation.

Taraji carries a positive and optimistic vibes and represents a desire for good things to come.

Lisa and Julie have found hope, healing and peace through meditation and yoga practice and so we knew we wanted to incorporate both into F2H's services.

  • Caregivers of children with special needs often face intense physical, emotional, and financial strain, requiring high levels of resilience to manage daily tasks, medical needs, and advocacy.

  • Caregivers often face daily, high-stress events, often spending at least two hours more on caregiving tasks daily than other parents, leading to higher fatigue and frequent interruptions.

Dear caregiver, you are not overreacting, being dramatic or weak.

You are carrying a lot, doing so much, loving hard & trying to manage.
