
Our Taraji classes are the foundation of Freedom 2 Hope, Inc. It is through meditation and yoga that we started building our community and how the Founders found their healing, hope and peace.

We're going to talk about our wins and frustrations, laugh, cry and maybe scream, LOL. We're going to listen respectfully, give grace, share resources and stories and hold one another accountable when needed, but most of all we are going to show each other love.

This year we are focused on building our caregiver community and promoting and creating opportunities for self-care!
